If You live in Doncaster, Rotherham Sheffield, Barnsley area or anywhere in South Yorkshire and even Nottinghamshire and own, or are interested in motorcycles and sidecars, then the South Yorkshire Sidecar Club is the place to be. Enjoy Rides Out, Rallies and Club Nights with like minded people in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

We have these Club Meetings at a Scout Hall Off Barnsley Road at the Rear of the Sun Inn pub, just off the A635, every 1st and 3rd Sunday in the month. These Meetings Start at 8:00pm.

Fifty Years of South Yorkshire Sidecar Club

On 10th May 2008, we had the 50 year re-union.
This event was even more successful than the 25th anniversary.
Over 150 people turned up to celebrate the occasion, and the car park was crammed with combinations of every description.
Once again, members old and new joined together in friendly banter.

The South Yorkshire Sidecar Club was formed in February 1958 by six people who met at No. 25 Stanhope Avenue, Cawthorne. As the weeks went by, more members joined up. The club then decided that it must have a name. The “Happy Wanderers Combination Club” was the chosen title.
